Biography

2017: Started all 16 games and was fourth on the team with a career-high 23 points and tied for third with a career-best 18 goals… Also handed out a career-high five assists… Tied for the team lead with 90 shot attempts… Corralled 16 ground balls and had three caused turnovers… Started the season with two goals at Ohio State… Tied his career high with three goals against Jacksonville… Had a goal and an assist at Robert Morris… Posted two goals at Air Force… Had two goals and three ground balls at Quinnipiac… Recorded two goals, three ground balls and a career-high two caused turnovers at Cleveland State… Finished with a goal and an assist against Monmouth in the MAAC Championship semifinals… A member of the Detroit Mercy Athletic Director’s Honor Roll…  Earned a spot on the MAAC All-Academic Team… Also earned one of the highest honors as a Titan in the Academic Excellence Award recording at least a 3.0 GPA for every semester he has participated in college athletics.

2016: Played and started all 12 games… Finished fifth on the team with 10 points and fourth notching eight goals… Led Detroit with a career-high 70 shots and picked up 13 ground balls… Tied his career high with three goals at Monmouth, including two in the fourth quarter… Started the year with a goal at #11/12 Ohio State… Put in two markers at Mercer… Had a goal and an assist along with three ground balls at Manhattan… Found the back of the net against #20/20 Air Force… Scooped up a season-high five ground balls against Siena… A member of the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and the MAAC Academic Honor Roll as well as the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2015: Saw action in 13 games with 10 starts… Finished seventh on the squad with 11 points and sixth with nine goals… Three of his goals were game-winners… Took 39 shots with 22 on goal for a .564 shots on goal percentage, fifth on the team… Tied for fifth on the squad with 25 ground balls and also had three caused turnovers… Posted his first collegiate points with a hat trick against Robert Morris as his third strike was the game-winning marker in overtime… Had a goal and three ground balls at Bellarmine and against Mercer… Corralled four ground balls and had a goal and an assist at Air Force… Picked up a career-high six ground balls at Quinnipiac… Had a caused turnover and a goal at Marist… Registered two ground balls with a goal versus Monmouth as his marker started a 5-0 fourth-quarter run for the come-from-behind 9-8 triumph… Found the back of the net against Canisius… A member of the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll, the MAAC Academic Honor Roll and the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2014: Played in seven games as a freshman… Recorded seven ground balls, one caused turnover and attempted one shot… Made his collegiate debut in the MAAC opener on the road at Canisius finishing with two ground balls and a caused turnover… Had two ground balls and took his only shot against Quinnipiac… Picked up two GB’s versus Siena… A member of the University of Detroit Mercy Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and the MAAC Academic Honor Roll.   

Prior To Detroit: Lettered for four years in lacrosse in high school amassing 227 points on 145 goals and 82 assists… A team captain as a senior, he earned U.S. Lacrosse All-America accolades as well as First Team All-State, All-Region, All-Catholic and All-Oakland County Dream Team after scoring 85 points on 55 goals and 30 assists… Also named a Warrior Sports High School Lacrosse Player of the Year finalist as a senior… Was tabbed All-Catholic and All-Region as a freshman and sophomore, while adding First Team All-State as a sophomore… As a sophomore in 2011, he tallied 57 goals and 28 assists to finish second on the team in scoring… Missed most of his junior campaign with an injury…Has been a part of some great teams with Notre Dame Prep winning three-straight Catholic League titles (2010, 2011, 2012), three regional championships as well as three trips to the state semifinals and a state runner-up effort in 2010…Played club with 1763 and was selected to the all-star game at the annual Hotbeds tournament in the summer of 2012… A member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Linda and Guy Beauregard … His older brother, Brandon, was a four-year letter winner at Detroit from 2011-2015… Chose Detroit because of its great academic reputation and an opportunity to play on a high level for a program on the rise… Lists his biggest thrill in sports as reaching the state championship game as a freshman… Enrolled in the 5-year MBA program.
