2012: Saw action in 14 games with a pair of starts…Collected 11 ground balls and six caused turnovers…Did not attempt a shot…Recorded a season-high two ground balls on three occasions, at No. 19 Delaware, against Bellarmine and versus Canisius in the MAAC Championship semifinals…Also had a caused TO against the Blue Hens and the Golden Griffins…

2011: Saw action in five games…Picked up one ground ball on the year against VMI.

2010: Started 11 of the 13 games in which he appeared helping UDM place third in the country with 10.47 caused turnovers per game and 19th with 32.2 ground balls per contest...Recorded 14 ground ball pick-ups and eight caused turnovers…Posted a career-high four GB's against Marist, while forcing a pair of opponent miscues at Siena.

2009: Played in 10 games with his lone start at Robert Morris…Had 11 groundballs on the season with a career-high three against the Colonials…Also had a pair of GB’s against Wheeling Jesuit and at Air Force.

Prior to Detroit: Nolan came to Detroit after spending a year playing club lacrosse at Western Michigan, where he played in nine games notching a goal and an assist…During his high school career, Nolan was a first-team All-State longstick midfielder as a junior, before moving to defense and serving as a team captain of the Pioneers as a senior…After collecting 154 groundballs and causing 150 turnovers, he was named first-team All-State on defense as well as a US Lacrosse All-American defender.

Personal: Son of Jill and Dan Nolan…The youngest of three siblings…Has one sister who played field hockey at Kent State…His hobbies are working out, cooking and mountain biking…A Criminal Justice major.
