2013: One of the Titan captains, he played in all 15 games with three starts… Scored two goals and picked up eight ground balls… Had a season-high two ground balls at Robert Morris and in the win against Canisius… Scored goals in back-to-back games finding the back against Manhattan and at Siena… Recorded a ground ball in the first round of the NCAA Championship at #2 Notre Dame… Graduated tied for first in school history with 61 games played and had 23 goals and 29 points along with 41 ground balls and seven caused turnovers… A four-year member of the University of Detroit Mercy’s Athletic Director’s Honor Roll as was also tabbed to the MAAC Honor Roll and All-Academic Team.

2012: Played in all 15 games, making two starts…Scored a goal and picked up a career-best 17 ground balls…Collected a career-best four ground balls against Michigan…Had a three ground ball and a caused turnover at Canisius...Posted his lone goal of the year against Siena…Tallied two GB’s and a career-high two caused turnovers against Jacksonville…Also picked up a pair of ground balls at VMI…A member of the Titan Athletic Director’s Honor Roll as well as the MAAC All-Academic Team and the MAAC's Academic Honor Roll.

2011: Made six starts, while playing in all 16 games…Sixth on the team with 10 goals and 11 points…Was second on Detroit with five man-up goals…Posted a .535 shots on goal percentage (23-of-43 shots on net)…Tallied his first collegiate hat trick with three goals in a winning effort over VMI…Tied his collegiate high with three points on two goals and an assist in the win at Siena…Also found the back of the net twice in a triumph over Mercer…That goal came in a streak of four-straight games with a goal as he also netted one at Bellarmine, at No. 4 Maryland and against Lehigh…Scooped up a season-best two ground balls against Canisius…A member of the MAAC All-Academic Team, MAAC Academic Honor Roll and UDM’s Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2010: One of six Titans in double figures in goals with 10, while finishing with five assists for a total of 15 points…Had an assist in the season opener and posted his first goal along with a helper against Quinnipiac…Came back the next game with a pair of strikes at Robert Morris…Also had a two-goal game at Siena and a goal and an assist versus Mount St. Mary’s and Wagner…A member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

Prior to Detroit: Earned All-American honors and first team All-State and All-Catholic accolades as a senior… Closed out his prep career scoring a team-high 29 goals and 19 assists…Took home All-Region and All-Catholic Academic honors as a junior…Helped lead his team to a state finalist appearance as a sophomore, scoring the game winning goal in the semi-finals…Played one year of club lacrosse for Team Total.

Personal: Son of Kathleen and Charles Nemes …Both his mom and dad as well as both of his grandfathers attended Detroit…Has two brothers with his oldest a former member of the Syracuse lacrosse team…An accounting major.
