Final Results
GREENVILLE, SC. -- The Detroit women's golf team is on its way back from South Carolina as the Titans ended their fall season on Sunday by taking 16th at the Lady Paladin Invitational, hosted by Furman University.
Detroit ended the three day, 54-hole tournament with a 996. Chattanooga won the event with a 915.
Freshman
Lindsey Lammers (Milan, MI/Milan) was the high Titan carding a 245 (87, 76, 82) for 52nd place.
Senior
Alainna Stefan (Dearborn, MI/Mercy) was next taking a share of 69th place with a 249 (82, 86, 81), while freshman
Christina Thorne (Kingston, ON/Bayridge) shot a 250 (81, 81, 88) to tie for 71st.
Detroit will return to action when the golf season resumes in the spring. The first action will be the Sunshine Spring Classic, hosted by UDM in Sanford, FL, on Mar. 11.
