ANN ARBOR, Mich. (2/16/18) -- The University of Detroit Mercy men's track and field team wrapped up the track & field regular season by competing in the Silverston Invitational in Ann Arbor on Friday afternoon.
The meet took place in the University of Michigan's brand new facility, and was the Titans first banked track meet since Horizon League Track & Field Championships in 1998 at the NIFS facility in Indianapolis.
HIGHLIGHT OF THE MEET:
Ben Kendell set a new personal record in the mile, with his time of 4:11.80, moving him up to #3 in the Titan history books, passing none other than Director of Track and Field and Cross Country
Guy Murray '89. Also setting a personal record was
Joseph Lietzow with his 60m hurdle time of 9.43.
