HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. (4/24/2018) -- A pair of freshmen led the way for the University of Detroit Mercy women's golf team as the Titans ended play at the Horizon League Championship on Tuesday.

Detroit Mercy finished in eighth with a 1,008 (331-331-346) at the par 73, 6,171-yard Las Colinas Course at the Mission Inn Resort in Howey-In-The-Hills, Florida.

Freshmen Alexa Hatz and Shana Murphy shared 16th overall with a 248, while redshirt freshmen Kendall Payne was just outside the top 20 tying for 22nd with a 251.
