FORT WAYNE, Ind. (4/3/2018) -- Three Titans set season and career lows as the final round of the Fort Wayne Spring Classic was canceled on Tuesday due to weather.

Elle Greenlee all set new 36-hole career marks at the Par 72, 6,056-yard Brookwood Golf Club in Fort Wayne, Indiana.Â
Payne and Hatz finished just outside the top 20 sharing 21st with a 159, which included a career-low 76 in the second round for Hatz and a career-best 78 in the second round for Payne. Greenlee and freshman
Shana Murphy tied for 32nd with a 168, while junior
Erica Heath claimed 34th with a 170.
As a team, the Titans were fifth with a 652 (334-318) score.Â
Detroit Mercy will now get ready for its final spring event before the Horizon League Championship as the Titans play in Bowling Green's Dolores Black Falcon Invitational this weekend, Apr. 7-8.

- Hatz started the first round with an 83 before firing a team-best four-over 76 in the second round.
- She had a team-high three birdies – two in the second round - and 17 pars and her previous season best was a 162 at the Golden Grizzly Invite.
- Payne carded an 81 on the opening 18 and a 78 in the second round as she led the team with 19 pars in the event.
- Payne's career low coming into the tournament was a 166 at the 2017 Chi-Town Classic.Â
- Murphy tied her season best for the third time on the year with an 81 on the final 18.Â
- Greenlee's previous season low was a 169 at the Dayton Fall Invite and she also set a career best for a round with an 83 in the second.Â
