Liz Murphy recorded two strikeouts with no walks in 6.0 innings of work in the circle for the Titans.

• Detroit Mercy (1-25, 1-12 HL) got the bases loaded off three hits but left them juiced in the top of the first inning
• With two outs, Oakland (12-8, 7-0 HL) got on the board first with a two-run homer to take the lead
• The Golden Grizzlies added a run in the second and third inning to move ahead 4-0
• The Titans got runners on first and second in the top of the sixth but could not get on the board
• Murphy didn't allow a run after the third inning
• For the game, Detroit Mercy left six total runners on base
