INDIANAPOLIS, IN. (2/7/23) -- Micah Carey has been awarded Horizon League Female Field Athlete of the Week for her efforts on Saturday at the Akron Invitational where she won the Long Jump.

Carey won the Long Jump at the Akron Invitational with a personal season-best distance of 5.64 meters. This is the sixth best distance of the indoor season in the Horizon League.

Carey becomes the first Titan female to earn Horizon League honors for the 2022-23 indoor season.
