DETROIT (4/7/2024) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's golf team ended its second spring event at Bowling Green's Dolores Black Falcon Invitational on Sunday.
The Titans shot a 321 in the final round to finish with a 635 (314-321) for 12th overall at the par 72, 5,911-yard Stone Ridge Golf Club.
Junior
Ariel Chang picked up her 15th career top-20 finish as she tied for 20th with a 151 (74-77). Her final round saw her knock in three birdies and eight pars. Chang's three birdies tied for the team lead, while she led the squad with 21 pars, had one of the three eagles in the event and tied for third in the field with a -1, 2.88 average on the par 3's.
Sophomore
Sydnie Redovich shared 54th with a 159 (79-80), while sophomore
Taylor Kondel placed 57th after totaling a 161 (78-83).
Sophomore
Kyla Charlebois shot a career 36-hole low of 164 (83-81) as she posted a birdie and nine pars on the day.
Detroit Mercy will have one final tournament before the Horizon League Championship as the red, white and blue compete in IUPUI's Jaguar Invitational next week, April 13-14.
