Peebles Moves To Finals In 400-Meter Hurdles

Sophomore Gracelyn Peebles will be in the finals of the 400-meter hurdles.

ROCHESTER, Mich. (5/3/2024) -- Sophomore Gracelyn Peebles advanced to the 400-meter hurdles finals as day two of the Horizon League Championship came to an end on Saturday.

Peebles was seventh in the preliminaries with a time of 1:04.84.

Freshman Alaina Burns claimed 11th in the steeplechase in a season-best 11:54.72, while freshman Grace Steffes placed 13th in the shot put with a toss of 10.92-meters.

Day three of the championships will start at 10:00 a.m., with the hammer and triple jump and Noon for the running events.
