DES MOINES, Iowa (4/25/2026) -- The University of Detroit Mercy men's track and field team completed its successful trip to the 116th Annual Drake Relays on Saturday.

Freshman Joey DeCasas was sixth in the championship long jump with a leap of 7.23 meters. 

The distance medley relay quartet of seniors Joshua Otten and Jaden McKenzie, sophomore Nicholas Yaquinto, and freshman Colin Murray turned in a time of 10:02.27 for 14th place. 

The Titans will now get ready for the Horizon League Championships, held at Oakland from May 8-10.
