2010 Fall Schedule

Two trips to Ohio and a short journey to East Lansing is on the docket for Detroit as the UDM women's tennis team announced its fall schedule.

“We have three tournaments plus the ITA championships to get ready for the regular season,” said head coach Sam Poole. “While I am still looking at some additional tournaments, the main focus of the fall is development and competition and getting ready for the spring.”

Detroit, who has reached the Horizon League title match in each of the last two seasons, will open the year in Ohio at the BGSU Invitational on Sept. 18. The Titans return to Michigan the following weekend to play in the Spartan Invitational (Sept. 24-26) and then will head back to the Buckeye State to compete in the Rocket Invitational at Toledo from Oct. 8-9.

The ITA Midwest Regionals will once again end the fall campaign with this year's tournament held nearby at Michigan from Oct. 21-26.
