EAST LANSING, Mich. -- The third and final day of the Stan Drobac Invite came and went on Sunday in East Lansing for Detroit's men's tennis squad. The schedule consisted of one team doubles match and multiple singles match-ups against various schools.

Singles matches saw individuals paired up against different opponents than in previous days. Junior's Cesar Escobar Serrano and Alex Latosinsky were the lone Titans to post wins on the final day as both won in straight sets.

Serrano took down Christian Roehmer of Michigan State 6-2, 6-4 and Latosinsky upended Patrick Bandy of Xavier 6-0, 6-3.

Three doubles contests against Western Michigan resulted in three losses as Latosinsky and Mike Basha fell 8-2, Pablo Nunez and Jay Joshi dropped an 8-5 decision and David Streeter and Serrano fell 8-4.

Detroit will now look ahead to this weekend as it will host its first ever outdoor tournament (weather pending). The Titan Invitational will take place this Saturday at the Titan Tennis Complex on the UDM campus and will start at 9:00 a.m.
