PITTSBURGH, Pa. (3/16/13) – The Detroit women's tennis team went to Pittsburgh to play Duquesne and came away with a 4-3 victory on Saturday.
 
UDM (4-3) took the doubles point with Irina Slizovskaya and Nino Sujashvili taking second doubles, and Valery Kulikovskaya and Chloe Karoub winning at third doubles, 8-1.
 
Both Karoub and Slizovskaya extended their winning streaks to four matches, with Karoub winning at second singles, 4-6, 6-4, 7-5, and Slizovskaya at fourth singles, 6-2, 6-2. Valery Kulikovskaya won at fifth singles, 6-2, 6-2, for her fourth win of the season.
 
The Titans will be in action again tomorrow when they host Butler at the Franklin Athletic Club at 1:00 p.m.
