DETROIT (3/30/13) – The Detroit women's tennis team cruised to a 6-1 victory over Wright State at the Franklin Athletic Club Saturday.

Nino Sujashvili was victorious at first singles (6-2, 6-2) and teamed with Julia Fernandes to take first doubles (8-2). Fernandes also took third singles by a tally of 7-5, 6-2. Valery Kulikovskaya and Chloe Karoub took second doubles (8-3) to secure the doubles point for the Titans.

Irina Slizovskaya earned a point at fourth singles (6-1, 6-0) while Kulikovskaya cruised to a 6-0, 6-1 victory at fifth singles. Elena Strakhova took the final singles match with a 6-0, 6-3 decision at sixth singles.
 
UDM will wrap-up its road matches as it travels to three different schools in three days as it takes on IUPUI (4/5), UIC (4/6) and Valparaiso (4/7).
