Complete Results MUNCIE, Ind. (2/6/16) – The University of Detroit Mercy women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision at Ball State University on Saturday afternoon from the Muncie YMCA Tennis Center.

Irina Slizovskaya took down the Cardinals' Peyton Gollhofer and Audrey Berger, but Detroit dropped the doubles point 2-1 to Ball State.
Davydova returned to action in singles and picked up a thrilling three-set victory after winning the first set, 6-3, dropping the second 5-7 and taking the match with a 10-6 advantage in the tie breaker.
Senior
Valeryia Kulikovskaya dropped the first set, 6-2, before winning the second 6-3. Kulikovskaya fell in the third set and the Cardinals took the remaining four matches to emerge with the 6-1 win.
With the loss, Detroit falls to 0-3 in the early going this spring, while Ball State improves to 2-1 with the victory.
The Titans take a three-week break before returning to the court on Feb. 27 at home against Northwestern (Ohio).
