SURPRISE, Ariz. (3/5/19) – The University of Detroit Mercy women's tennis team picked up its fourth-straight victory with a 7-0 sweep at Ottawa University (Ariz.) on Tuesday from the Surprise Tennis Complex.
The Titans picked up wins from all three doubles positions and continued the trend in singles, winning each court in straight sets.
The win is Detroit Mercy's fourth in a row as the Titans improve to 7-3 on the season.
Marie Maitrot picked up a win at No. 3 doubles in her first appearance since being injured. Maitrot had not played since April 29, 2017 vs. Youngstown State.
