DETROIT (10/15/2022) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's golf team will close out the fall campaign close to home as the Titans take part in Central Michigan's Chippewa Invitational.
The two-day, 36-hole tournament will take place at the par 72, 5,994-yard Birmingham Country Club in Birmingham, Michigan, on Monday, Oct. 17 and Tuesday, Oct. 18. Both days will feature a shotgun start at 10:00 a.m.

The Titans will face host CMU, Bowling Green, Bellarmine, Loyola, North Carolina A&T, Oakland, Toledo and Western Michigan.
This will be the second time Detroit Mercy will participate in the event as the red, white and blue claimed eighth with a 657 (322-335) score in 2019.
On the year, sophomore
Ariel Chang leads the team with a 74.7 average and three top-10 showings on the year, including second at Youngstown State and fourth at UIC.
Senior
Sydney Bradford is second on the team with an 81.1 mark, while junior
Sophia Ubaydi is third at 83.7.
