DETROIT (12/27/2022) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's golf team will prepare for a run at the Horizon League Championship with four events in the spring season.
The women will start the year in Nevada as the Titans compete in Winona State's Warrior Invitational at The Legacy Golf Club from Mar. 10-11.
The red, white and blue will play in a couple of familiar tournaments in Cleveland State's Nevel Meade Collegiate from Mar. 20-21 and Bowling Green's Dolores Black Falcon Invitational from Apr. 7-8.
The regular season will conclude with IUPUI's Lady Jaguar Invitational on Apr. 15-16.
The Horizon League Championship will again be hotly contested in the Sunshine State at The Mission Inn Resort in Howey-In-The-Hills, Florida, from Apr. 23-25, with the winner advancing to the NCAA Regional Championships.
The Titans competed in four fall tournaments and were led by sophomore
Ariel Chang's 75.78 average.
