BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (4/7/2023) -- Two Titans are in the top 25 as the University of Detroit Mercy women's golf team started play at Bowling Green's Dolores Black Falcon Invitational on Friday.
Senior
Sydney Bradford and sophomore
Ariel Chang are both tied for 23rd after shooting an opening-round 78 at the par-72, 5,911-yard Stone Ridge Golf Club in Bowling Green, Ohio.
Bradford had 12 pars and a birdie on the day, while Chang knocked in 10 pars and a birdie.
Freshman
Taylor Kondel is 55th with an 83 as she recorded seven pars, while junior
Sophia Ubaydi is tied for 61st with an 86 as she registered seven pars and a birdie.
As a team, the Titans totaled a 325 for ninth.
