NASHPORT, Ohio (9/29/2025) -- University of Detroit Mercy men's golf junior David Swab is in the top 50 after two rounds of the Virtues Intercollegiate on Monday.

Detroit Mercy posted a 612 (308-304) and is in 12th at the par-72, 7,243-yard Virtues Golf Club in Nashport, Ohio.

Swab is tied for 35th after recording a pair of 2-over 74's for a 148, just six shots outside the top 10. He started the day with three birdies and nine pars in round one and had two birdies and 11 pars in the afternoon.

Junior Gowtham Nalluri shares 64th with a 154 (77-77), while junior Mason Sokolowski is tied for 69th with a 156 (80-76). Nalluri had 14 pars and a birdie in round one, and knocked in 13 more pars with a birdie in round two, while Sokolowski had five birdies and 20 pars in the first two rounds.

The final round of the event will tee off at 9:00 a.m., tomorrow.
