Women's Golf Will Hit The Links Five Times In The Fall

Sophomore Ava Wisinski and the Titans will have five tournaments in the fall.

DETROIT (7/30/2026) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's golf team will get right into it once they return to campus as the Titans announced their fall schedule.

UDM will start the year with a match-play event against Purdue Fort Wayne, UIC, and Southern Indiana, Aug. 31-Sept. 1, but it will be held at The Grande Golf Course in Jackson, Michigan.

A week later, the red, white and blue will head up north during Labor Day weekend, Sept. 6-7, as it once again competes in the A-Ga-Ming Invitational at the A-Ga-Ming Golf Resort in Kewadin.

After a couple of weeks of practice, the Titans will compete in the NKU Fall Invite at the Belterra Country Club in Florence, Indiana, Sept. 28-29.

The Titans will have another new event on the docket in the Butler Invitational, held at the Highland Country Club in Indianapolis, Indiana, from Oct. 5-6, and end the fall campaign a week later, Oct. 12-13, by once again competing in the CMU Motor City Match-Up at the Birmingham Country Club in Birmingham, Michigan.

Detroit Mercy returns a solid core of student-athletes, led by senior Gabriella Tapp, who was second on the team with an 80.2 average.
