DETROIT (9/3/2026) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's golf team will make a trip up north for the fourth straight season as they take part in Central Michigan's A-Ga-Ming Invitational.
The event is scheduled for 54 holes at the par 72, 6,000-yard A-Ga-Ming Golf Resort in Kewadin, Michigan. The first two rounds will start at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 6, with the final 18 on Monday.
The field will include the host Chippewas, Bellarmine, Bowling Green, Bradley, Chicago State, Green Bay, Indiana State, Loyola Chicago, Murray State, Oakland, Ohio, and Western Michigan.
Last season, UDM was 13th with a 945 (314-309-322), lowering its scores from 993 in 2023 and 953 in 2024.
Detroit Mercy opened the season with the Midwest Match Play against Purdue Fort Wayne, Southern Indiana, and UIC. Junior
Morgan Jones and sophomore
Ava Wisinski each had a win and a tie in the event, while sophomore
Sadie Kondel also posted a win.
