2015: Saw action in two games on the year taking the field against Manhattan and Canisius… Did not register any stats… A member of the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll, the MAAC Academic Honor Roll and the MAAC All-Academic Team. 

2014: Appeared in 14 games on the year, all as a defenseman… Registered two caused turnovers and a ground ball… Had his first caused turnover in the road win at VMI… Collected a caused turnover and a ground ball in the road victory at Wagner… Earned a place on the University of Detroit Mercy Athletic Director’s Honor Roll, the MAAC Academic Honor Roll and the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2013: Did not appear in any games.

2012: Appeared in four games…Did not record any stats…Earned a spot on the MAAC All-Academic Team, the MAAC's Academic Honor Roll and the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2011: Saw action in two games…Made his collegiate debut at No. 4 Maryland…Also played in the home win over Mercer picking up a ground ball…Earned a spot on the Titan Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

Prior To Detroit: Earned two letters in lacrosse… Smith was named the team’s Most Improved Player as the standout defenseman helped the Blue Waves’ defense allow just 6.6 goals per game and a 9-8 record as a junior…Also earned the Best Defensive Player award as a senior and the Unsung Hero honor in his junior campaign…Tallied 12 assists, a goal and 102 groundballs in his prep career.

Personal: Son of Christine Conforti and Kelly Smith …Has a younger brother…Chose Detroit because he felt it was a great school and the chance to play lacrosse …Majoring in Business.
