2009: One of the three Titan captains, Demorest returned from a torn ACL in the fall to play in eight games with seven starts…Despite missing three games, finished third on the team with 15 points, 10 goals and five assists…Fifth on the squad with 19 groundballs…Fired 35 shots on the season with 25 on goal (.714)…Recorded a point in every game he played in…Scored in his first game in the red, white and blue with a marker against Manhattan…Tallied a season-high three assists at Robert Morris…Notched a career-best two goals four times; at North Carolina, at Quinnipiac, at Presbyterian and against Wheeling Jesuit…Also added a helper against the Blue Hose…Picked up a career-high five GB’s at Bryant… A member of the AD Honor Roll.

Prior to Detroit: A three-time all-state and all-Midwest player in lacrosse, Demorest comes to Detroit from Harvard where he played one year for the Crimson…One of the top players in Seaholm history, Demorest still holds the school record with 236 goals, including a pair 80-goal seasons as a sophomore and junior…He helped lead the Bulldogs to a state championship as a sophomore, becoming the first public school to ever win a state championship in men’s lacrosse in Class A…He was also tabbed the team’s offensive MVP as a sophomore and junior and was named an All-American as a senior…
