Detroit Drops Match at Cleveland State

CLEVELAND, Ohio (3/24/13) – The Detroit men's tennis team dropped its second-straight Horizon League match in a 7-0 decision to Cleveland State on Sunday afternoon at the Paramount Tennis Club in Cleveland, Ohio.
 
Cesar Escobar Serrano dropped his first set at fourth singles, 7-6. He battled back to take the second set, 6-4, but fell in the final set, 7-5. Pablo Nunez and Jay Joshi had the best showing in doubles for UDM, but they fell, 8-5, in the second slot.
 
UDM fell to 4-10 (0-2 HL) on the year and CSU improved to 4-9 (1-0 HL). The Titans will continue Horizon League play when they travel to Wright State on Saturday, March 30.
