UDM is coming off some big performances last week as the men and women won 12 events at Central Michigan's Chippewa Challenge. Sophomore
Audrey Williams had a big victory in the 200m for her first career win, while graduate senior
Abby Winkle earned the 400m crown.
The freshmen jumping duo of
Abigail Mullings and
Nadia Hill claimed the triple jump and high jump, respectively, while sophomore
Lyla Mullins was first in the discus and set the school's outdoor shotput mark for second.Â
The men also saw junior
Mike Ferguson win the 400m for his first individual gold. Freshman
Isaiah Fox was first in the 100-meter hurdles, while another rookie threesome had wins with
Joey DeCasas in the long jump,
Nickolas Henson in the triple jump, and
Deon Robertson in the high jump.
At Bucknell, senior
Joshua Otten broke the school's 1,500m record with a time of 3:49.56, while freshman
Colin Murray took down the Titan rookie record and the second-best 5,000m with a run of 14:20.28.
