Titans Fall to Michigan State

EAST LANSING, Mich (1/12/13) - 
The University of Detroit Mercy men's tennis team dropped its match against Michigan State Saturday by a score of 7-0 in East Lansing. The Spartans were ranked #52 overall as a team in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) poll. 

The Titan pair of Jay Joshi and Rafael Orantes played at No. 3 doubles pushing the match to a tiebreaker but they fell by a score of 8-7(6).

UDM falls to 0-2 and will be in action again when it hosts Texas Christian Saturday, January 19 at the Franklin Athletic Club in Southfield.
