20013: Played in 14 games and was one of the Titan captains… Saw most of his time on the man down and came away with two caused turnovers and three ground balls… Posted a caused turnover in the triumph over VMI and in the win over top-seeded Marist in the MAAC Semifinals… Picked up a ground ball at Ohio State, at Robert Morris and at Siena… A member of the University of Detroit Mercy Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2012: Appeared in nine games, mostly on the Titan man-down defense…Recorded a caused turnover and a ground ball in the MAAC semifinals against Canisius…Had a caused turnover at No. 6 North Carolina and registered a ground ball versus Siena…Earned a spot on the University of Detroit Mercy’s Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2011: Did not play.

2010: Played in seven games on the season…Recorded two ground balls and a caused turnover…Saw his first action at Ohio State…Picked up a GB against VMI and then had one and a caused TO at Yale.

Prior to Detroit: Earned three letters in lacrosse…Garnered a number of accolades and awards in his prep career, including first team All-State honors as a senior…He was also named All-Region as well as the recipient of the Unsung Hero Award as a junior…He was selected for the Dixie-150 All-Star Lacrosse Team 2008, the Champ Camp and the Ohio State All-Star Lacrosse Team.

Personal: Son of Emilyn and Charles Khalil…Both parents graduated from the University of Detroit…Has two younger siblings…Chose Detroit for the quality of the education as well as the opportunity to play Division I lacrosse…An accounting major.
