Biography

2013: Played in four games as a senior… Had a ground ball at Navy… Found the back of the net on Senior Day in the triumph over Canisius… Served on the University of Detroit Mercy’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as the organization’s Vice President… A four-year member of the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and a member of the MAAC’s Honor Roll and All-Academic Team.

2012: Appeared in nine games with two starts…Scored three goals on the year and collected five ground balls…Recorded a career-best two goals against Jacksonville, which also tied his career high for points…Found the back of the net in the MAAC Championship semifinals versus Canisius…Had a season-high two ground balls against Bellarmine…A member of the University of Detroit Mercy Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)…Earned a spot on the UDM AD’s Honor Roll and the MAAC All-Academic Team as well as the MAAC's Academic Honor Roll.

2011: Saw action in 15 games, starting four of them…Had nine points on four goals and five assists…His five helpers were tied for fourth on the team…Two of his goals were with the man-up…Attempted 10 shots with seven on net…Scored his first collegiate point with a helper at Bellarmine…Also had an assist at No. 4 Maryland…Scored a season-high two points against Mercer with his first collegiate goal and an assist…Scored on the extra-man attack in home victories over VMI and Manhattan…Picked up a season-best three ground balls at Siena…Scored in the MAAC tournament semifinals victory over Marist…Received the 2011 the Dad Butler Award, given for determination in recovering from an athletic injury… Received three academic honors on the year being named to the MAAC Academic All-League team, 2010-11 MAAC Academic Honor Roll and UDM’s Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2010: Did not see action in any games due to a pre-season injury…A member of the Detroit Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Prior to Detroit: Earned four letters in lacrosse…Finished his career with 99 goals, 48 assists and 149 groundballs…Served as a team captain as a junior and senior and was named team MVP in both years…Also tabbed first team All-OCC and second team All-Region as a junior and senior and a three-time Scholar-Athlete…Helped the Patriots to an OCC championship in 2006 and 2007 and a regional title and a Division II state runner-up finish in 2006…A member of the National Honor Society.
