Jamie Hebden was a standout defenseman from 2010-2014, earning three All-MAAC selections, including First Team as a senior. He tallied 168 ground balls and 123 caused turnovers, which was the second most in NCAA history at the time of his graduation. He currently ranks second, fourth, and tied for ninth for a single season in caused turnovers, while his 60 ground balls as a sophomore are eighth. He also holds the school mark with seven takeaways against VMI as a senior. That year, he helped a defense clamp down to beat Canisius to get into the MAAC Tournament and upset wins over top-seeded Marist in the semifinals and Siena in the title game to earn a berth to the NCAA Tournament. After graduation, he went on to medical school and is currently an emergency Medicine Physician.Â
